Return Policy

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Important : Return costs are borne by the customer

Please note that we will provide you with the return postal address after you have contacted us and provided a photo along with an explanation of the outcome of your product return.  

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request the cancellation and refund of your order by contacting us via email at contact@sleeping-lab.com or through our contact form.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Sleeping Lab will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid within 14 days following the notification of your request and in the form of a voucher of the same amount as your order.

Conditions to be met by the customer

Returns must be made in their original and unopened condition.

In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
